Afterwork: Turning cultural differences into business success in Germany

AFTERWORK:
Turning cultural differences into business success in Germany

In an international business environment, cultural differences are a key factor for success. Anyone working in Germany needs to understand how different working and communication styles influence business relationships, decision-making processes and leadership.

This joint after-work event organised by Cámara Oficial Española de Comercio en Alemania (COECA) and Camera di Commercio Italo-Tedesca (ITALCAM) brings together executives and decision-makers to gain practical insights into successful intercultural cooperation.

The focus is on a moderated dialogue between two companies – one Spanish and one Italian – that are successfully established in Germany. The speakers will share their experiences of cultural differences in everyday business life and use concrete examples to show how international and German companies can work together more effectively and use cultural diversity as a competitive advantage.

The evening will be rounded off with networking and catering, providing an opportunity for exchange and new contacts in the Spanish, Italian and German business community.
