Through the presentation and discussion of practices and models for designing commercial strategy, sales organisation and sales policies, we will explore how to navigate an increasingly dynamic and fast-changing environment.
The event is aimed at professionals from all types of companies and will offer ideas, practical examples and tools to help us reflect on how to strengthen our efforts to drive growth and improve our organisations’ results.
The session is divided into two parts. First, we will present a conceptual framework supported by examples to stimulate individual reflection. The second part will consist of a panel discussion with executives (to be confirmed), who will share their experiences and insights to enrich the collective discussion.

Professor of Commercial Management (Marketing) and Academic Director of the Master in Management (MiM), IESE Business School
Francisco Iniesta is a Professor in the Marketing (Commercial Management) Department at IESE Business School and Academic Director of the Master in Management (MiM) program, specializing in marketing channel management and franchising, new product development and introduction, market research, and the organization and control of commercial strategy. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Boston University, an MBA from IESE Business School, and a law degree from the Universidad de Murcia. Throughout his career, he has authored numerous publications—including book chapters, case studies, and technical notes—focused on distribution strategy, value pricing, product launches, and marketing practices, and has advised companies in Spain and abroad on distribution, marketing strategy, and commercial development.

Matthias Ostermeier is the Country Manager of Newline Interactive Germany, where he leads growth strategy, brand positioning, and business development in one of the company’s key markets in Europe. With a strong background in the interactive and audiovisual technology sector, Matthias specializes in channel management, strategic partnerships, digital transformation in educational environments, and collaboration solutions for corporate and public sectors. Under his leadership, Newline has strengthened its presence in Germany, expanded its partner network, and promoted the adoption of innovative technologies designed to enhance teaching, hybrid work, and productivity. His approach combines commercial vision, customer-centric engagement, and a commitment to operational excellence elements that have positioned him as a respected figure within the european technology ecosystem.
